Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our paid products are digital files delivered instantly, so refunds depend on whether you have downloaded your copy. The rules below are simple and we apply them the same way for everyone.
When you get a full refund
- Not downloaded: you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded the file. No reason needed.
- Charged twice: a duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment taken, nothing delivered: your payment went through but no download email arrived and we cannot resend it within 2 business days.
- Broken file: the file will not open and we cannot send a working copy within 2 business days.
When we cannot refund
- After the file has been downloaded, except for a broken file as described above.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Free products, such as the SEO Workbook 2027.
Failed payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, Razorpay or your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not arrived after that, email us your order or payment ID and we will chase it.
How to ask for a refund
Email prathamesh@prismdigitalmedia.in from the address you used to buy, with your order ID from the purchase email. We reply within 1 business day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 2 business days of approval. Your bank then usually takes 5 to 7 business days to show it. Once refunded, your download link stops working and your licence ends.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment completes. Ask for a refund under the rules above instead. For consulting and agency services, cancellation terms are set in your written proposal or statement of work.
