Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Prism Digital Media collects, why, who we share it with and what you can do about it. It covers prismdigitalmedia.in, the AI Visibility Checker at aivisibility.prismdigitalmedia.in, and every purchase of our digital products.
Prism Digital Media is operated by PRISM DIGITAL MEDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Galaxy Building, 7th Floor, 701, Sector 53, Plot no. 23, Bokadvira, Dronagiri, Uran, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400702, India (“we”, “us”). We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay collects them directly on its secure checkout.
Your licence watermark
Each copy of a paid digital product carries the buyer’s email address and order number in its page footer. This protects the single-user licence. It is visible to anyone you show the file to, so do not share your copy.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers below, and only what each one needs to do its job.
- Razorpay: payment processing, receipts and refunds
- Vercel: hosting for the AI Visibility Checker and checkout
- Supabase: storing check results, orders and product files
- Brevo: sending reports, purchase emails and our newsletter
- Web3Forms: receiving campaign page form submissions
- Calendly: call scheduling
- Google Analytics: site usage measurement
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measuring and improving our ads, through the Meta Pixel
- Cloudflare Turnstile: blocking automated abuse on the checker
- OpenAI, Perplexity, Google and DataForSEO: answering the checker’s buyer questions. They receive your brand, website, category, location and competitor names, never your email
- Our web host: hosting prismdigitalmedia.in
Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to checks and purchases. Meta may use this to show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. The sites work without them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and checker leads: 12 months from your last contact with us
- Orders, invoices and payment records: 8 years, as Indian tax law requires
- Personalised product files: deleted within 60 days of your download link expiring
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email us from the address you used and we will act within 30 days. We may need to keep order records where tax law requires it, even after a deletion request.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Order and product files sit in private storage, and download links expire. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can reach your data and what each provider receives.
Children
Our sites and products are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
