These terms apply when you use prismdigitalmedia.in, run the AI Visibility Checker at aivisibility.prismdigitalmedia.in, or buy or download our digital products. By doing any of these, you agree to them.

1. The AI Visibility Checker

The checker is free. Fair use is 5 checks a day per connection.
Your score is an estimate built from AI answers at the moment of the check. AI engines change their answers from one run to the next, so scores can vary.
The report is guidance, not a guarantee. Acting on it does not promise any ranking, mention, traffic or revenue.
Do not use the checker to overload our systems, scrape it, or check brands for unlawful purposes.

2. Our digital products

We currently offer:

SEO Workbook 2027: a free spreadsheet workbook, available after a verified check.
2027 Playbook: a paid digital book in PDF format.

Each product page shows what the product includes and its price before you pay.

3. Your licence

Buying or downloading a product gives you a personal, non-transferable, single-user licence. You may:

Read and use it for your own business.
Use what you learn from it in work you do for your own clients.
Print one copy for your own use.

You may not resell, share, upload, post, or redistribute the file or any substantial part of it, or pass it off as your own. Each copy carries the buyer’s email and order number. If we find a copy shared publicly, we may end the licence, disable downloads and take further action.

4. Prices and payment

Visitors in India are charged in Indian rupees (INR). Visitors elsewhere are charged in US dollars (USD). We detect your country from your connection. If you are an Indian customer currently outside India, email us and we will send you a rupee payment link.
Prices include all applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Your bank may charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee. That fee is between you and your bank.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered by email as a secure download link. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Consulting and agency services

Strategy calls, audits and retainers are governed by the proposal or statement of work we agree with you in writing. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our sites, the checker, its reports and our products belongs to Prism Digital Media or its licensors. Your licence is the only right we grant you.

9. No guarantees

SEO and AI search results depend on search engines, AI providers, competitors and many factors we do not control. We give our honest, expert guidance, but we do not guarantee any specific result.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the checker or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, revenue or data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
