Delivery Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges anywhere in the world.

How you receive your product

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, the page shows a confirmation and we email a secure download link to the address you gave at checkout.
• The email usually arrives within 15 minutes. In rare cases it can take up to 2 hours.
• The free SEO Workbook 2027 opens on the checker results page after you verify your email.

Your download link

• Works for 7 days from purchase.
• Allows 3 downloads, so you can save it on more than one of your own devices.
• Your copy carries your email address and order number in the page footer, as part of your single-user licence.

If the email does not arrive

1. Check your spam, promotions and updates folders for an email from Prism Digital Media.
2. Still nothing after 2 hours? Email prathamesh@prismdigitalmedia.in with your order or payment ID.
3. We resend it, or send it to a corrected address, within 1 business day.

If your link expires

Email us from the address you used to buy and we will send a fresh link. Each buyer can ask for a new link up to 2 times within 12 months of purchase.

Where we deliver

Worldwide, to any email address that can receive mail from our domain.
